Visitor Guidelines
There is an open visiting policy for all family members. Family is defined as anyone the patient regards as family. However, adequate rest is important for both the patient and the family. For this reason, it is recommended that visitors be limited to one or two at a time. Children may visit with adult supervision.

The Birth Center
Open visiting for fathers, grandparents, and siblings. Public visiting hours are 10:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Critical Care and Behavioral Health
Restricted visiting, check with units.
Palliative Care
No restrictions, visitors allowed anytime, day or night.
Family Waiting Area
The Family Waiting Area, located in ER/Outpatient Admitting area on second floor, is available to family and friends of patients who are in surgery.
Food Service
Patients
Ministry Saint Joseph's Hospital offers a wide variety of food for both regular and special diets. Menus are left with the patient each evening and picked up the next morning.
