Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer opportunities abound at Saint Joseph's Hospital and other ancillary community agencies. Hospital volunteers develop new skills and meet new people while learning more about medicine and the health care profession. Volunteering is an excellent way for a newcomer - employee or spouse - to get acclimated with the medical campus and the community of Marshfield. Our volunteers are people of all ages committed to helping others. Teen-agers, retirees, parents, college students, and working professionals each offer something special.

Locally, the Ronald McDonald House; Wisconsin's first American Cancer Society Hope Lodge, a home-away-from-home for people who are receiving cancer treatment; and the House of the Dove hospice home are three places where volunteers can contribute their time and talent to give something back to the community.
