Literacy for Little Ones

You can improve the life of a child and foster a love of reading. Click here to support Literacy for Little Ones, a program that encourages parents to read to their newborns by supplying parents with free books. Reading to children creates family bonds and builds strong foundation for literacy and education. Founded in 2009 by Stevens Point 6th grader Rachel Ley, Literacy for Little Ones has delivered books to newborns at Ministry Saint Michael’s Hospital and other hospitals in Wisconsin, Minnesota and even Nicaragua. Your gift will encourage snuggles and literacy throughout the world.
