Ministry Health Services for Businesses continues to facilitate monthly focus group meeting for local businesses who are interested in the health and safety of their employees. This focus group meets the second Wednesday monthly from 12 - 1 p.m. for a light lunch, networking and information sharing. The topic for each meeting is issue driven and educational.
The next meeting is Wednesday, February 10 from noon - 1 p.m. at Saint Mary's Hospital conference room 1 located in the lower level of the hospital. Join Pam Morton, Weight Management Program Coordinator and Melissa Wild, Weight Management Health Educator for a presentation on “Balancing What You Eat and Do ~ Calories In, Calories Out”.
