(Rhinelander, WI) The Rhinelander Country Club Woman's League recently donated $1000 to the James Beck Cancer Center, to specifically fund the purchase of new wigs for patients that may not otherwise be able to afford them. For the past 10 years, the Woman's League has sponsored their annual "Rally for a Cure" golf outing. In past years most of the money raised locally has been dispersed nationally through the Komen Foundation. This is the first year the Women's League was able to donate monies locally.
