(Rhinelander, WI) Saint Mary’s Hospital Laboratory was the first lab in the WORLD to install a new pair of “Twinned” VISTA 500 Chemistry Analyzers from Siemens Health Care Diagnostics. Saint Mary’s lab has a 7 year relationship with Siemens. Siemens chose the Saint Mary’s site because of their dedication and follow through regarding instrument installations. These analyzers offer a new technology (LOCI) that produces the most sensitive cardiac testing available. This testing also has a quicker result time. The capability to twin (attach the two analyzers to a specimen track) will also improve productivity.
