Ministry Medical Group-Point was founded in 1983 by family practitioner Dean R. Hagness, M.D. In 1990, the clinic affiliated with Rice Medical Center, which joined Ministry Health Care in 2000.

Hagness, M.D. and Alfred Neuhoff, M.D. Family doctors can diagnose and treat nearly every illness that a person is likely to incur in life.
