Learn about labor, birth and the many methods of relaxation/breathing techniques to manage labor. Class provides knowledge and confidence to make informed choices for a positive birth experience.
This two-day class on Tuesday and Thursday in the same week provides the same information as the one-day Saturday class.
Class size limited and advance registration is requested.
