Athletes attending junior high or high school will receive a free sports physical – June thru August (during normal business hours), but a suggested $25 contribution that will be donated to your local school’s athletic program is appreciated.

These screenings meet all WIAA requirements and a parent/guardian should accompany their child in order to complete the paperwork.
The WIAA physical is not intended to replace regular check-ups with your child’s physician.
