The Creighton Model is a natural method of fertility regulation, enabling a woman, through recording daily observations, to better understand and maintain her reproductive health. The method is beneficial for women of all ages, from puberty through menopause.

Women can use this information for the care of their health and couples can use this knowledge for planning their family.

The system also provides opportunities to learn more about:
• Pregnancy avoidance and pregnancy achievement
• Premenstrual syndrome
• Hormonal abnormalities and treatment of infertility
• Irregular or abnormal bleeding and other health concerns
