Ministry Hospice helps individuals dying of terminal illnesses live each day to the fullest, pain-free, with dignity and peace. Trained hospice volunteers are important members of the Ministry Hospice Care Team.

The hospice team consists of many professionals—nurses, aides, social workers, therapists, chaplains, bereavement coordinators, and the medical director, as well as specially-trained volunteers, who all work together to support individuals and their families during their last months of life.

Ministry Hospice Volunteers:
• Provide patient and family assistance
• Act as a hospice ambassador
• Assist with fundraising
• Offer clerical support
• Support bereavement programs
• Participate in other meaningful ways

There is no cost to participate, but space is limited. For more information, contact Ministry Home Care at 800.398.1297.
