Ila Turgeon, MSN, RN, CGNP, APNP, has experience encompassing acute care, ambulatory care and long-term care settings. Her professional interests include gerontology, dementia, and improving the lives of patients with neurological disorders. She is responsible for the coordination of the neurology center and is a member of a collaborative team of health care professionals that assist in the assessment, diagnosis, education, and treatment of individuals and families dealing with dementia.
Ila earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and her Master of Science degree in nursing at Marquette University, Milwaukee. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner and licensed with the state of Wisconsin as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner.
Ila and her husband, Adrian, have two adult children, Valerle and A.J. Her personal interests include gardening, quilting, photography, cats, and spending time with family and friends.
