Cathie Abel, CSAC, provides outpatient alcohol and drug treatment for women 18 years and older as part of the Tri-County Women's Outreach Program, a federal and state funded program to assist women in reducing barriers to recovery. Cathie completed the substance abuse counselor training program at Memorial Medical Treatment Center in Ashland, Wisconsin, and attended North Central Technical Institute in Wausau. She enjoys motorcycling, art, outdoor projects, and collecting nature's creations.
