Lisa Rasmussen, MD, specializes in general surgery, including surgical oncology, breast and vascular care.
Dr. Rasmussen received her Doctor of Medicine degree from RFUHS/The Chicago Medical School in June 2002, followed by a general surgery residency at Carilion Health System in Roanoke, Virginia, from 2002-2007. Dr. Rasmussen also spent time performing vascular surgery at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and was recently admitted as a fellow to the American College of Surgeons.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, running, skiing, and participating in various water sports.
