Gabriella Hangiandreou, MD, is a board certified child/adolescent psychiatrist with a special interest in collaboration with primary care practitioners, as well as prevention of mental illness difficulties. She enjoys formulating a deep understanding of how and why a child behaves as they do and then develops a treatment plan to aid overall functioning and well-being. Dr. Hangiandreou received her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine in Madison, and completed her residency in general psychiatry and a Fellowship in child/adolescent psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison. She is a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, American Psychiatric Association and Wisconsin Psychiatric Association. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, quilting and travel.
