Cortney Cleereman, FNP, is a nurse practitioner specializing in diabetes. Diabetes is a serious disease, which if not controlled can be life threatening. Although diabetes is a chronic and incurable disease, Cortney helps patients manage their symptoms and complications through clinical therapies, diet, hygiene, and exercise. She works with patients of all ages to devise care plans that are specific to each individual's needs.
Cortney received her master’s of science in nursing from Concordia University in Mequon, WI. She received her undergraduate degree in nursing from Bellin College of Nursing in Green Bay, WI.
When she's not taking care of patients, Cortney enjoys softball, volleyball and skiing.
